A whiteboard full of things to do...

David Crowder Band: A Collision - CD Cover *LISTENING TO:*
Song: Wholly Yours
Artist: David Crowder Band
Album: A Collision
Quote: "I am full of earth, You are heaven's worth. I am stained with dirt, prone to depravity. You are everything that is bright and clean, the antonym of me, You are divinity. But a certain sign of grace is this. From the broken earth, flowers come, pushing through the dirt..."

Stepped back onto the court for the first time in months last night... reminding me how much I love the game of basketball... and how much practise I need to get decent at it again. :P Must've bricked or airballed damn near every jumper I took... and felt a tad slow out there... gotta get back into shape!... but was satisfied to get my usual big block on a taller guy and a few passes in. Still got a bit of it left, heheh, but oh man do I need to get back into shape. Anyways, overall, twas just fun to play some ball. :) Hoping to play some ball over the summer, I missed it.

Last night was a good break, but this weekend's gonna be absolutely crazy with my workload. I've got at least 8 things due the upcoming week, including a midterm and a presentation, and I've got to get most of it done by this weekend... eeech... it seems like there just aren't enough hours in the day. Sunday, I'll be leading worship at Celebration Church again... my second time leading alone. Last time, twas me + guitar + stool + mic. This time, will be me + keyboard + stool + mic. Heheh. Hope it'll work out ok... Always a little nervous when it's just me up there but I'm definitely praying the spirit will lead, not me.

Ok, well back to work... scratched off 2 items off my list... gotta work on the rest. Man, will I be happy when our Study Break hits. Coffee, my friend, I need you now more than ever. Heheh. :)

hey man,

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your commitment in taking over and leading at Celebration!, all by yourself for the past couple of weeks. You know I would have loved to join you if I weren't 6 hours away. Sorry I couldn't make it, schedules and my wallet aren't cooperating :)... But we are definitely blessed to have you! Hopefully you can catch a break the next 2 weeks, and get some work done. Hehehe.. at least you've got a reading week coming up. We here at stupid waterloo have no reading week... it's ridiculous.

Anyway, good to see you getting back on the court. Hehehe, I just started playing again as well. Signed up with a team in a league in school. Trying to work myself back in shape as well. We've gotta get some serious b-ball going this summer... so um, guess I'll school you later... LOL :)
